I absolutely love coming to this Kay’s. The staff is always super friendly, and helpful. I’m not much of an online payment kinda guy, so once a month when I make my payments I’m always greeted by name. Small things like that lets me know that they truly care about their customers here at this location. The staff here gets a 10/10 especially Hazel, over the years she’s remained one of my favorite people here. Major props to the management here in the Webertown mall location for always making me feel welcomed, and always going above and beyond in providing me an ultimate customer experience.

Got helped by Hazel. She is super friendly and talks to you as if you are family. She helped me find the perfect engagement ring at a great price. If you are coming to Kay’s for anything ask for Hazel, you won’t regret it.

As a first-time buyer, I was a little intimidated going into the store. This quickly changed as Athena helped me through the process. She was very knowledgeable about their products and helped me find an absolutely beautiful necklace that checked off everything off my list. Lovely store, would gladly return for any future purchases!

I wasn’t planning to go here but it was a great decision that I came 🥹 I got to meet Monica and she guided me with so much patience and grace. She was super helpful and all the other workers here were so kind as well. I found the perfect ring and she even helped me clean some old jewelry I had. I definitely recommend to visit and choose Kay Jewelers here at the Weberstown mall in Stockton. And ask for my girl Monica haha!

Wow. I can’t say more good things about the staff here. Angel specifically is just amazing. Patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about jewelry. She worked with me through many conversations to make sure that I was absolutely satisfied with all aspects of my purchase. Through changing designs, resizing, adjusting things etc. I truly could not be happier. All of the staff here is wonderful. Thank you Angel, Nancy and the other staff at Kay!! I will be returning for all other jewelry purchases in the future!

I had a lot of fun working with Nancy to create this custom band! She was very active in making sure I was happy with the design throughout the whole process and was very reassuring. She also consistently kept me updated on the status of the ring and I really appreciate her understanding and cooperation with my many requests! 1st watch I have ever bought & it was a great experience so I will be back. I was greeted as soon as I got there & as much as I was indecisive the Manager Angel was patient with me after trying on several watches. Store was clean & all employees looked like they were in a good mood I hope all Kay Jewelers are this way.
